This raw shampoo is suitable to cleanse all hair types. Packed full of scalp nourishing ingredients that work together to gently cleanse, nourish & feed your hair from root to tip. Directions for use
Mix 2-6 scoops of SHMUD with water to form a liquidy paste. Make it as thick or runny as you like. Apply the paste to damp or wet hair, focusing on the scalp area. Massage into your scalp and hair and then rinse thoroughly.
Weekly (recommended) - use in place of regular Shampoo 2 – 3 times per week.
Monthly to feed & nourish– wrap your hair & leave for 30 mins before rinsing.
Pre Treatment- use before you treat or enhance your hair with Desert Shadow treatments or colours.
* Can be used in conjunction with SHMUD Cleanse & purify or regular shampoo & conditioner.
Results: With regular use please allow 1 to 3 months to nourish, renew & see the difference in your scalp & hair condition.

Optional Additions
You can add some of the following ingredients to your SHMUD for an extra conditioning boost! These additions are optional and for those who wish to explore and get creative.
Essential oils good for the hair:
0.5 to 1 drop x Rosemary essential oil - stimulates circulation and good for hair growth.
0.5 to 1 drop x Lavender angustifolia essential oil - soothing for the skin

Shmud shampoo
Now I have got used to making up the paste of Shmud instead of using regular shampoo, it is quite an easy process. I have been using Shmud for many months now and my hair is shiny and soft - in much better condition than when I was using conventional products. I usually never need a conditioner unless i want to give my hair a deep treatment; but even then I may just leave the Shmud on for longer while doing housework!

Shmud Shampoo
Amazing. Im allergic to a lot of ingredients in shampoo, and my scalp was very sore before trying Shmud...I also had to wash my hair daily is was so oily. Since using Shmud, I noticed my scalp is back to normal, my hair is SO soft I dont have to use conditioner, and I can go almost 3 days before my hair looks and feels greasy. Shmud smells wonderdul, and I feel good knowing Im not exposed to harmful chemicals. Brilliant product!!
